Description: Scouts are many things. as any scout knows, a scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, brave, clean and so forth per the scout law. But a scout is also youthful, athletic, curious, adventurous, and quite full of young hormones. Scouting affords boys the opportunity to spend time together without any girls or women around. And when boys are in the private company of other boys, the boys are bound to get up to some fun with one another. Boys will be boys after all.
